Just one decade back, we use to love mom made home cooked food. Eating outside was very rare and even not needed.With our lives become increasingly fast past us going greedy and exchanging time for ourselves for longer work hours all ready to cook and instant food are our daily food choices.Frozen food,preservatives are stuck in our kitchens as substitutes for real food in name of “quick and easy”. .Flavour enhancers-MSG are used a lot in Chinese food for the taste and for making the food last long.The food additive “MSG” is a slow poison which hides behind dozens of names, such as natural flavoring, yeast extract, autolyzed yeast extract, disodium guanylate, disodium inosinate, caseinate, textured protein, hydrolyzed pea protein.Also trademarked as Ajinomoto( “Aji No Moto” which is Essence of Japan) MSG has effects deadlier than you could imagine.Its an excretory neurotransmitter and causes severe imbalance to the nervous system.It enhances the food taste so that people like us, long for more. With low costs, food chains will get huge profits.Another reason why people use  MSG-it stimulates your pancreas. Pancreas then releases the insulin even when your sugar level is fine. This excess insulin causes a drop in the sugar level of the body and you feel hungry. This leads to overeating along with obesity.Anyway what the food companies care about is you order more not how its causing the nation to move towards obesity.MSG is addictive too. If you eat items containing MSG once, you tend to get into the habit of eating that food item on a regular basis.I hope its clear why the US has such a high amount of obesity.Most of these things originated there.

Nitrates and nitrites, which are often used to preserve cured meats, such as lunch meat and hot dogs, may also increase your risk for certain types of cancers.
